Must be able to work in a non-temperature conditions environment Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be able to stand for 10 hours per day Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check Warehouse Associate- I may be cross-trained and assigned to the departments listed below:
E-commerce VAS (Value Added Services) Inbound Shipping Active (Order Picking) Returns Outbound WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Receives incoming products and affixes proper labeling.
Makes boxes according to pick labels, loads on the cart, and pick to the appropriate box.
Unloads cases from the pick cart and verifies the accuracy of packing.
Seals cartons and sends to shipping.
Disposes of empty cartons.
Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accountabilities for all units.
May operate manual or automated material handling equipment to move products.
Maintains positive open lines of communication with all Columbia Sportswear management, staff, and other departments to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.
YOU HAVE:
Experience working in an industrial setting is preferred.

Position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, or stooping.
Must be able to move freely throughout the facility and lift items up to 40 lbs.
